Processing time
Every order is packed within 2-4 business days of purchase. Since we run small batches, some drops may take a little longer — we'll keep you posted if that happens.

Where we ship
Currently, within the Philippines only.

How we ship
We partner with J&T Express for delivery — reliable, budget-friendly, and covers the whole country. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order's out for delivery.

Delivery timelines
- Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
- Rest of Luzon: 3-5 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao: 5-7 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees — weather, holidays, and courier volume can affect timing.

Shipping fees
- Free shipping on orders ₱2,000 and up
- Standard shipping fee applies below that, calculated at checkout based on your address

Lost, delayed, or damaged in transit
If your package arrives damaged, see our Return & Refund Policy. For delayed or missing packages, email your order number and we'll chase it down with our courier.
