We want every Sabitwin piece to reach you exactly how it left our hands. If it doesn't, we'll fix it — no drama, no fine print games.

When we accept returns
Your item arrived damaged, defective, or it's not what you ordered (wrong item/size shipped on our end). That's it. Since each drop is made in small batches with care, we don't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or color not matching what you pictured — so check our size guide and product photos before you cop.

How to report it
1. DM us on IG (@sabitwinofficial) within 7 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and clear photos/video of the issue
3. We'll get back to you within 2-3 business days with next steps

What happens next
If approved, you get a free replacement (if it's still in stock) or a full refund — your call. We cover shipping for approved damage claims, no restocking fees, no hidden charges. Refunds go back to your original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.

Heads up: requests without proof of damage, or sent outside the 7-day window, won't be processed. We trust our community to keep it real with us — and we'll always do the same.
